返金ポリシー

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return please contact us at hello@lumiyeskin.com with your order number. If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within 60 days of delivery we will arrange a replacement promptly. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used devices unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As LUMIYÉ ships internationally from Korea we recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. LUMIYÉ is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
